How Affiliate Commissions Work

When you click an affiliate link on our site, a cookie is placed in your browser by the retailer or affiliate network. If you complete a qualifying purchase within the cookie’s attribution window (typically 24–90 days depending on the program), we receive a commission.

Commission rates vary by program and product category, typically ranging from 1% to 10% of the sale value. We are not paid a flat fee per click. We only earn when a purchase is completed.

You are never obligated to use our affiliate links. You can always navigate directly to a retailer’s website if you prefer not to use a tracked link.

Our Editorial Commitment

Our editorial process is independent of our affiliate relationships. The following practices are non-negotiable at ExpertPicks:
